Agent Digital Card Terms of Service

These terms explain how the House Tour Collective Agent Digital Card program works, how submitted information may be used, and what agents agree to when submitting an intake form.

These Terms of Service apply to the House Tour Collective Agent Digital Card program. By submitting an Agent Digital Card intake form, you agree to these terms and authorize House Tour Collective to use the information you provide to create, publish, update, and manage your HTC Agent Digital Card.

1. What the HTC Agent Digital Card Is

The HTC Agent Digital Card is a digital business card page created for real estate professionals through House Tour Collective. It is designed to give buyers, sellers, clients, and contacts one simple place to connect with you, view your business links, access your resources, and take the next step.

Your digital card may be shared through a direct link, QR code, email signature, social media profile, printed marketing material, or Apple Wallet QR pass.

2. How Your Digital Card Works

The HTC Agent Digital Card includes the contact information, website, social links, calendar links, and buyer/seller resources that you provide on your intake form.

It also includes a co-branded pre-approval link created through Daxton Lamb with First Colony Mortgage. After you submit this form, your contact information will be used to create a unique pre-approval link connected to you as the agent.

When one of your buyers uses the co-branded link to start their application, the application is automatically tied to you, helping make the referral source clear and allowing you to automatically receive loan status updates as the file progresses.

Buyers are never required to use any specific lender, but the link gives them an easy financing next step while helping you stay informed throughout the transaction.

3. Information You Provide

When you submit the Agent Digital Card intake form, you may provide information such as:

  • Your name
  • Brokerage name
  • Service area
  • Short bio or tagline
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Preferred contact methods
  • Website links
  • Calendar or booking links
  • Home search links
  • Home valuation links
  • Social media links
  • Google review links
  • Other business resources you choose to submit

You are responsible for making sure the information you provide is accurate, current, and appropriate for public display.

4. Permission to Use and Publish Your Information

By submitting the intake form, you give House Tour Collective permission to use the information you provide to create, publish, update, and display your HTC Agent Digital Card.

You understand that information included on your digital card may be publicly visible to anyone who visits the card page, scans the QR code, or receives the link.

House Tour Collective may format, organize, edit, or omit submitted information as needed to create a clean and functional digital card.

5. Optional Links and Missing Information

Optional links will only be included if you provide them.

If you do not provide a calendar link, website link, home search link, home valuation link, social media link, or review link, that button or section may be left off your digital card.

House Tour Collective may also leave off any link that appears broken, incomplete, inappropriate, unrelated, or inconsistent with the purpose of the Agent Digital Card.

6. Co-Branded Pre-Approval Link

Each HTC Agent Digital Card may include a co-branded pre-approval or mortgage application link created through Daxton Lamb with First Colony Mortgage.

This link is intended to give buyers a convenient way to begin the financing process and to help connect the application to the agent associated with the digital card.

Mortgage services are provided by Daxton Lamb with First Colony Mortgage, NMLS #3112. Buyers are never required to use any specific lender and may choose any lender they prefer.

7. No Required Lender

The inclusion of a pre-approval or mortgage application link does not require any buyer, seller, client, or consumer to use Daxton Lamb, First Colony Mortgage, or any specific lender.

The link is provided as a convenient financing option only.

8. Loan Status Updates

When a buyer uses the co-branded pre-approval link connected to your digital card, the application may be associated with you as the agent. This may allow you to receive updates about the loan transaction as the file progresses through First Colony Mortgage.

Loan updates are intended to help keep the agent informed during the transaction process. Any loan-specific communication, access, or updates may be subject to First Colony Mortgage systems, policies, borrower permissions, and applicable lending rules.

9. Privacy and Data Use

Information submitted through House Tour Collective forms may be used to create and manage Agent Digital Cards, communicate with participating agents, support House Tour Collective operations, and provide related services.

House Tour Collective does not sell personal information to third parties.

Some forms and submissions may be processed using third-party tools such as Google Forms, Google Sheets, Webflow, email systems, or related operational platforms. Information submitted through those tools may also be subject to the privacy and security practices of those providers.

10. Headshots and Images

Headshots are optional. If you choose to provide a headshot or image for your digital card, you confirm that you have the right to use and share that image for this purpose.

By providing a headshot or image, you give House Tour Collective permission to display it on your HTC Agent Digital Card and related digital card materials.

If no headshot is provided, House Tour Collective may create the card without one or use a simple fallback design.

11. Updates, Corrections, and Removal Requests

You may request updates, corrections, or removal of your HTC Agent Digital Card by contacting House Tour Collective.

House Tour Collective may also update, revise, unpublish, or remove a digital card at any time if the information appears outdated, inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate, or no longer aligned with the purpose of the program.

12. No Guarantee of Leads or Results

The HTC Agent Digital Card is a marketing and connection tool. House Tour Collective does not guarantee that the card will generate leads, clients, appointments, applications, referrals, or transactions.

13. Third-Party Links

Your digital card may include links to third-party websites, calendars, social media profiles, search tools, review pages, mortgage application platforms, or other resources.

House Tour Collective is not responsible for the content, availability, accuracy, privacy practices, or performance of third-party websites or services.

14. Program Changes

House Tour Collective may update, modify, pause, or discontinue the Agent Digital Card program at any time.

These terms may also be updated as the program evolves. Continued participation in the Agent Digital Card program after updates are made means you accept the updated terms.
