House Tour Collective was created to help agents turn open houses into more collaborative, organized, and valuable event experiences.
After spending nearly a decade as a real estate agent, I became very familiar with the traditional lender relationship most agents experience.
When I entered the lending side of the business, I wanted to offer something more than occasional check-ins and "give me your business" conversations. I wanted to create opportunities that help agents gain exposure, build connections, and create momentum around their listings.
House Tour Collective became my answer.
Rather than simply asking for business, my goal is to actively support agents through collaborative events, increased listing visibility, and more intentional open house experiences.
House Tour Collective is my way of demonstrating the type of partnership and value I believe agents deserve from the professionals they choose to work with.
Every House Tour Collective event is designed to create additional exposure, stronger connections, and a more intentional experience for both agents and attendees.
Participating properties benefit from being part of a larger event experience, helping generate additional visibility beyond a traditional standalone open house.
Events are promoted collectively, creating opportunities for cross-promotion, shared exposure, and greater awareness of participating listings.
House Tour Collective events create opportunities to connect with other active agents, industry professionals, and potential referral partners.
Dedicated event pages, organized promotion, and thoughtful event structure help elevate the overall experience for both agents and attendees.
Every property is different. Events can be structured in multiple ways depending on location, goals, property type, and desired attendee experience.
House Tour Collective is one way I actively support agents and their listings by helping create opportunities rather than simply asking for business.
Every House Tour Collective event is designed to create more exposure, stronger connections, and a better experience for both attendees and participating agents.
Multiple nearby properties hold standard public open houses at the same time, allowing buyers to visit homes freely while creating more visibility for every participating listing.
Multiple properties participate, but the event is not publicly advertised. Invited agents and buyers first check in at one central location, receive participating property information, and then visit homes at their own pace and in the order they choose.
A single property, builder, or community serves as the focus of the event. Rather than showcasing multiple unrelated listings, the experience is designed around one property, one development, or one builder's inventory.
Attendees move between participating properties on a guided schedule rather than visiting homes independently. This creates a more interactive experience while encouraging networking and engagement throughout the event.
Every event is organized around the participating properties, location, timing, and goals of the agents involved. Whether you're planning a traditional open house, luxury listing showcase, builder event, or collaborative tour experience, I'd love to explore whether House Tour Collective may be a good fit.
